Thwarted but Twisted

I got myself a new set of painting stuff the other day and still have a bit of penitence for those pell-mell shopping. That’s because when trying hard to save up a little sum and have the greatest confidence I won’t spend any in the meantime, this somewhat you called fortitude will crumble every time I walk through stationery corner. Or at least mine. I bought something and then forgot that I did buy it. Hah. I didn’t give a damn that much. Stationery corner is a safe corner..aite? It’s the less intimidating department ever or so to called. No harm can be done specially to creatures named women.

So I regain by completing a drawing today I merely finish any drawing actually. I like to paint, but when having the forbore it will end up look like ghastly masterpiece.I finished one today anyway. It’s the enthusiastic sensation you can get when there’s something new. But that was just the start for me. I did more editing than painting, causing the paper becoming more wet, and wet. Touched up, and wet again. The drawing block is the cheapest (haha) and just about triple thicker than A4 paper. So the resolve towards a nice painting perhaps began with sketching, smearing (whatever), editing, and QUELLING (I think this is the hardest part). And drumroll.. tadaaaa. Half of big colourful roti canai....My sister joined me the rest of the day, and she quelled to. And she regret for having the grit, saying she’d never do it again. I hope it's not true.
Above all, I have the ‘newest’ dotes towards painting/colouring objects like box. It's a real fun!I did one but it was long forgotten and now perhaps I can make my quickie shopping stuff more than necessities. I've painted a shoebox, but not sure what to do next with the box - It really makes me feel good, except that I don’t collect it. And where to find shoebox? You need to buy shoes lah kan. That means another shopping spree....hmm.
